Last day for trading with BTA and change of name

Biotech-IgG AB (formerly Chemel AB) has made a new share issue with subscription rights to the shareholders. In total, 1 196 093 shares were subscribed for in the new share issue, which adds 1 196 093 kr before issuing costs to the company. The total number of shares after the new share issue amounts to 13 516 641 shares.

Last day for trading with BTA (Paid Subscribed Share) will be August 19, 2011. Stop day in the Euroclear system is August 24, 2011, and the BTA will be converted to ordinary shares August 26, 2011. The company has also registered a change of name at the Swedish Bolagsverket, which has been press released earlier. The new name of the company is Biotech-IgG AB. AktieTorget and Euroclear Sweden AB will update their systems with the new company name after the conversion of BTA to shares.
