Result of new share issue
Biotech-IgG AB (publ) (formerly Chemel AB (publ)) has ended its new share issuing with subscription rights to the shareholders. The level of subscription of the issuing that took place between June 21 to July 5, 2011 amounted to 38 percent. The group was thereby added 1.2 MSEK through the new share issue before issuing costs, expected to amount to ca 250 tSEK.
