Biotech-IgG AB (publ) (formerly Chemel AB (publ)) is listed on the AktieTorget since May 3, 2010 The principal shareholder is European Institute of Science AB (publ), also listed on Aktietorget. The founder of Chemel AB and inventor of the SIRE Technology, Ass Prof Dario Kriz, is also a major shareholder. In addition, the company is owned by several (ca 2 700) smaller shareholders (<3% of votes and share capital).
