Biotech-IgG AB (publ) (formerly Chemel AB (publ)) is listed on the AktieTorget May 3, 2010 The principal shareholders are European Institute of Science AB (publ) and Ajust Holding A/S, which is also listed on Aktietorget. The founder of Chemel AB and inventor of the SIRE Technology, Ass Prof Dario Kriz, is also a major shareholder. In addition, the company is owned by several (ca 2 700) smaller shareholders (<3% of votes and share capital).
